Terravita’s Fitness Center was designed with all members in mind. The variety of cutting-edge equipment keeps routines fresh. Personal training, as well as strength and endurance classes, are offered to provide direction and motivation. Ample square footage, with complimentary Wi-Fi gives members plenty of personal space, even during peak hours.

- Strength Training - a complete selection of free weights, machines, kettlebells and functional trainers
- Two Fitness Class Studios
- Group Exercise - a diverse offering of classes include Yoga, Pilates Reformer, Spin, TRX, Tai Chi, Zumba and Water Aerobics as well as strength training and cardiovascular conditioning.
After a long workout, cool down and clean up in the remodeled locker rooms offering luxurious appointments, steam rooms, private showers, individual lockers, and a comfortable relaxation lounge.
Joy Greenberg, Fitness Director & Personal Trainer
After graduating high school in New Jersey, Joy moved to Arizona to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at Arizona State University. To stay involved with her love of sports, exercise and travel, Joy obtained positions at some of the Valley’s finest resorts. The majority of her work experience was spent training clients, teaching classes and managing the fitness centers. Joy also spent 10 successful seasons coaching high school lacrosse in the Valley that included 2 state championships! In her free time she can be found playing post collegiate lacrosse with the Arizona Storm or taking her beloved dogs on long walks.

Lisa Kassem, Certified Personal Trainer
|Lisa has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She is nationally certified as a Master’s Level Personal Trainer through the National Association of Personal Trainers, a Group Exercise Instructor through the American Council of Exercise, a Pilates Matt Instructor through STOTT, a BARRE Instructor through Tracey Mallet, a Spin Instructor through MADD Dog, a Kickboxing Instructor through Turbo Kick, a Core Board Trainer through Reebok, a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the American Exercise Association and a Seniors Group Exercise Instructor through Silver Sneakers.
In addition to the above experience, Lisa also has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, wellness coaching, flexibility and endurance training. Lisa has been involved in many team sports throughout her life including gymnastics and cross country. She currently enjoys teaching, training, Cross-Fit style workouts and Pilates. After a workout, she likes to refuel with anything she can put peanut butter on.

Tonia Rainier, Golf Fitness Specialist
|Tonia has an M.S., CSCS is a ACSM Exercise Physiologist and Certified Titleist TPI Golf Fitness Instructor. She has over 25 years of experience using evidence based fitness training with clients that have specific sport and athletic needs. Tonia is a master at pinpointing your tight or weak areas and balance issues and designs a tailored program to improve those areas while periodically reassessing to keep the program effective and focused.
She also has extensive experience training clients with chronic medical issues such as arthritis, diabetes, and autoimmune diseases, so whether you want to improve your golf performance or just graduated from physical therapy, Tonia is your choice for an effective, but safe, fitness program.
