Brian is a native of Chicago, Illinois and moved to the valley of the sun 18 years ago. He started his culinary journey as a young child cooking with his grandmother on weekends learning basic cooking techniques and then experimenting at home during the week to spare himself from his Mom's terrible cooking.
As he grew older his passion for food and restaurants continued to grow which led him to get a bachelor's degree in food and beverage management (Roosevelt University, Chicago) and a culinary arts degree (Scottsdale Culinary). Brian has worked at some of the nicest properties in Arizona ranging from Boutique Resorts, Large Luxury Properties, Independent Restaurants, and most importantly a Private Club. His food philosophy is to source the best ingredients locally or from around the world and use both new world and old-world cooking techniques.
