Brittany is originally from the South Bay in California and she grew up loving sports, the outdoors, and all things fitness. She received her Bachelor's degree in exercise science and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. While studying at GCU, Brittany worked in the Fitness Center as a Manager and a Fitness Instructor. After graduation, she went on to run her own personal training business, which instilled the love of, "I love working with people to reach their goals and grow to become the best version of themselves".
